My dear sister
Today is 11Nov, double 11...my sister's birthday. =)
so HAPPY BIRTHDAY my deeaarrrrrrrest sister.
Since it's her birthday...let's show my sister's pretty pictures here. er all these photos taken during our trip to Korea. Really glad we went Korea together.

Lost contact
Ok i dono m i really super busy or i just lazy to blog, i look through the pictures i took using my hp, and i realized actually got alot of pictures to show here one. Just i dono which photo should i post up here.
Just talked to one of my friend from Skudai and realized that i had not keep in touch wth super lots ppl for so long edy. Those my ex-church members, i never keep in touch wth them since coming to seremban. Those my secondary school friends lagi worst, most of them i super duper long time didnt really keep in touch wth them. I'm such a bad friend. Ppl like Yvon loi oso i contact once in a while thru facebook only, sigh so many things to catch up with her. And my dearest Chloe in Bukit Jalil too i didnt see her for very long oso. So miss everyone out there...
Aiks, since my blog is so dead so let's blog something lar. lolz.

Next,
is on the day before my exam, and the day siling finish her exam. Sigh who ask me get the super strict professor that "loves" me so much just because i'm posting leader but didnt give me high marks during exam. T_T So my exam time is the last one among the whole group...
But that night since miss sohsiling spent >5 hours cooking, so i went over for dinner. Kena drag by jo actually...@_@
 She suppose to cook one, but still posing there. LOLzz, jk, she got cook ok, yummy food somemore..haha =)
Then is the night after exam. They went sing k, first round craze. Then came back for another crazy section of cards game. I only join the cards game round. And chee keen brought this....
 40% alcohol i think.

Ok all of us went to bed super duper late that night, then the next day afternoon still go to the village IMU adopted to do health screening. Very "professional" leh us. The night before still play super crazily. The next day go do charity work. =_=lll

Life
Because i go hospital almost everyday, and i had taken up this field as my future career, so i deal with sick n ill n even death ppl everyday.
My exam is on last Friday, the end of surgery posting exam. Ok i'm not going to talk about that exam, cause there's nothing much to talk, it was supposingly a medical case that kena suspected surgically and admit in to that ward, and the diagnosis quite clear oso. Ok, exam aside, i still want to type about last Friday.
Last Friday, i saw one operation, done by our clinical school ex-dean. To talk about that operation, i want to talk about the uncle.
Me n Yap met the patient less than one month ago, in the ward, when we dont have class in that afternoon, and i keep asking+forcing him go that ward with me. Poor him kena drag by me to go ward do unethical stuff. =_=lll
But then, when we were in the ward, few specialists came in, and cause me n yap was just hanging around there, looking like got nothing to do, so one specialist turned to us and said "later u guys talk to this patient ok, it's a good case to learn". So we started talking to the patient. and then half way a medical officer came and taught us quite alot of stuff related to that case. Then we followed the uncle to every investigation room he was assigned to in the hospital. That's how we built relationship with the uncle, and his wife.
The uncle, had NOT been admitted to hospital in his entire life, he was well and healthy all the while. This time suddenly felt gas in his stomach, and some other symptoms, so admitted in. Some investigation done, and the diagnosis was quite clear. But he discharged few days after that, so i never see him again.....
On last Thursday, which is the day before my exam, i went to hospital in the morning, but plan to go back uni earlier than usual to study. Then i bump into the uncle's wife at the staircase. She was carrying two super huge and heavy bags, walking up the stairs... So i offered to help her carry the bag, and followed her up to the ward. She told me, the uncle was readmitted cause an operation need to be done asap. The tumour had become bigger and bigger.
Ya, i know being in surgery posting is kind of depressing sometime cause u see lots n lots of cancer cases everyday. For this uncle, he NEVER been admitted to hospital before, and on 1st admission he edy got diagnosed as cancer. And before he knew that he got cancer, he jokingly told me "i'm already 70++, if there's anything happen, just accept it...".
Ok back to the story, yea, after i finish my exam on friday, i dragged Yap to go into OT to see the uncle's operation. It was done by DK, my uni Dean, and it was an emergency laparotomy case. After the resection, DK did show us the lesion, that's the first time i touched and hold a REAL stomach, and felt a tumour.
Uncle was fine after the operation. I talked to him few time after operation. Even this week i'm no more in surgery posting, i still went to his ward visit him. The last time i visited him, he was complained to me that he cant sleep well the night before cause the patient opposite his bed keep making noises, and when he want to sleep in the morning, lots of doctors+medical students kept coming to him and asked questions...He looked abit unhappy. So i just ask him rest well and leave the ward.
That night, i got oncall duty in the ward, ok basically is just forced to go to the ward at night so i got something to crap in my report. i went to all medical wards that night, and although i keep had this thinking of going to my favourite surgical ward, which is the ward the uncle admitted in, i didnt go. Cause i knew if i go there my friends will think i'm crazy edy. So ya, i didnt go. And after few hours i left hospital, the uncle die.
I was very shocked when my friend msg me that news yesterday. Because, that uncle was such a nice uncle, operation was done on him already, he used to be very healthy less than one month ago.......and now, he had gone forever.
Life is just so so so unpredictable. Really. I dono how to say. That's not the first time i saw ppl dying. Last friday, i just encountered another tragic death case in the same ward, that's accident case. Also, who can predict life? Only God knows what will happen to us next.
So just keep breathing and treasure every breath that we takes in.
Oh ya this Tuesday oso, before i went oncall duty in the ward, me n my friend involved in one accident. No one was hurt in the accident, just the car hit the motorcycle, the motorcyclist fall down from the motorcycle, in the middle of traffic. The motorcycle's mirror broke, the car's side mirror broke oso. And the motorcyclist asked for money from us by keep insisting that it's our fault. So, ya, no one can predict what will happen next.
Lastly, not because i dont want update blog, really alot of things happen recently, and plus now i got class till late evening almost everyday. And my tutor is the super smart professor with super high expectation, so......i'll stop here. Hope my next post will be an interesting one. I finish crap.

Perfect Surgery HO
I wake up early this morning, although its a saturday morning i know...not i purposely want wake up so early one, just that i ter-slept very early yesterday, while i was half way msn-ing wth my friends, =_=lll, so i felt guity, so dont dare to sleep more when i wake up this morning... Nooo, i shouldn't sleep too much, it's a SIN!!! cause i need to utilize the time to do more important stuff...like studying, since Dr Chan told us our group got reading deficiency syndrome. *speechless*
Ok, while i was reading some blogs yest, i came across this blogpost, is from a blog of a MO who was also previously an IMU student. It was actually taken from page 4 of the book "Surgical Recall", and this makes me think of the HO (HouseOfficer) i see everyday in the wards. Ya, no one is perfect, if someone achieve all the criteria stated in the book, then i wonder is that HO a human being...lol
There's a super long list in the book, here's is some that i think is worth to share.
The Perfect Surgery HouseOfficer:
- Never complains
- Never hungry, thristy, or tired
- Never makes a fellow colleague look bad
- Smiles a lot and has a good sense of humour
- Never asks questions he can look up for himself
- Never wants to leave the hospital
- Is the first one to arrive at clinic and the last one to leave
- Reads from a surgery text everyday
- Never says "No" or "Maybe" to involvement in patient care
- Praises others when appropriate
- Gives credit where credit is due
- Has a steel bladder, a cast-iron stomach, and a heart of gold
- Does what the intern asks
- Is a high-speed, low-drag, hardcore HAMMERHEAD

Sigh too bad i'm now in my last week of Surgery Posting. I should have read this earlier and show this text to the HO in my ward so i can tag along wth them wherever they go so i can learn more. Ok, for my fellow friends that do Surgery posting next, remember this line and tag along with HO, u can really learn alot. =)
Er, ya i do go fan some HO some time, cause some of them really nice and kind n fun, really can learn from them. Besides that, we do have goodlooking smart MO that really teach alot, and Surgeon who are super geng and friendly one. I think ar, after i change posting, i will super miss Surgery Posting. haha.
Ok that's all for now. No pictures, all still in process, will post pictures and update my blog more next time la. Last week didnt blog cause of all the case summaries, case reports, IMS presentation, CFCS reports, CFCS presentation and TBLs, CSU, and my pure laziness.

Trailer
I decided to do a weekly update here. Ok, let's see what had i did for this week.
Sunday
I went hospital after came back from church, cause i promise to go visit this blood transfusion pt.
 I think hor, if i'm the one go blood transfusion every month, i will be damn depressing leh. Ok now i hope i'm not thal carrier. lol.
Monday
Go hospital in morning, then afternoon go class in uni.
That day, we all so semangat go venopuncture centre practice draw blood on each other, so in the end, miss sohsiling love me so much that she induced this haematoma on my hand.
Oh before the venopuncture, my arm oso kena tight so tightly till cyanose. I still cant believe the first time i saw a cyanose hand, that hand is actually my own hand. =_=lll
Ok,this the so called haematoma:

Tuesday
Go hospital in the morning. Then afternoon go uni for class.
Oh ya saw KienJeen in clinical school that day. haha, sem 5 CNS hospital posting.
Evening went town for dinner wth dear SiewKimmie!!

Morning go PD hospital. Then back to Seremban hospital. Then afternoon go uni for class.
Saw an ERCP.

Nothing special, except i shifted from sleeping in library to sleep at the classroom, while waiting the class to start...
Evening, ok, now i'm blogging.

Igotnothingtoblogla
Ok today is Sunday, i woke up early today, so decided to blog, but before i get to posted up this post my friend come fetch me go church, so this blog is few hours out-dated... lol
Btw i dono what to blog oso. Last week i had been through emo + happy + sad + grateful period. Always wanted to posted up here, but then i think again i decided not to, later i offend lots n lots of ppl then i will be sorry for myself. haha.
Ok i need to improve my english grammer now, cause after the lecturer mark my case report + case summary, he didnt comment much on my summary but comment on my grammer. Omgosh. =_=lll
Ok i still dono what to blog, let's show picture of me n sohsiling lar, in SOPD, Surgical OutPatient Department, HTJ.
Because we so semangat go there so early, when all the doctors havent start work, so have to wait outside. Ya i learn a lesson, next time dont go clinic so early, later i damn depressing again. Even a smile can't change anything. @_@

Cause going to ward doing the same thing is too boring, so in order to make our life more meaningful, i decided to go stalk someone in the hospital, at least my life in hospital wont so boring. but then hor, ended up me n siling "fight" for 1 hour + in msn about who is better looking...when we suppose to study that night. omgosh. This is how we "fight". lol
The rest of the conversation goes about like this oso. And hor, because i pick the wrong person to stalk, so joohor say i hopeless edy, yuanliang oso dono how to say me liao, and this yap decided to ignore me everytime i make some stupid statement. So i should just go bang wall lar.. Ok i'm shifting ward this week, so...lol.
Ok i got nothing else to blog. Therefore, I'm going back to my life and continue breathing hospital air everyday. Now i miss Korea. I miss my daddy mummy, i miss home oso. And this the super SS photo taken in Korea.

Mooncake Festival 2
Last year i celebrate Mooncake festical in KL. This year, i celebrate mooncake festival in PD. But i miss home still.
Anyway, since i have not been blogging for quite sometime, ok,i'm not too busy till no time blog, just that when i know that i got time to blog, i felt lazy to blog, cause i will think it's better if i go gain more sleep or wash my clothes or iron my clothes or clean my room or fb-ing...etc etc. So today i decided to blog, i think i should change my lazy habit. Exam in less than one month time...T_T
So these are some pictures in PD. Why PD? cause it's the nearest beach to Seremban and since i'm stuck in Seremban cannot go anywhere else so mar go there lor, since it's near. Ok last thursday i went PD twice in a day ok, morning is go hospital, then come back Seremban for class, then go PD again for home visit. Back to topic, so yeah, here's the pic. The rest all upload to fb edy. cause yuanliang keep saying i take pic edy oso dont want upload...
 The lantern. Aiya beside the beach so windy, cannot light candle oso. Luckily Mich n Cindy n Ian are pro, so they manage to light up these few lantern. haha.
Ok because yuan liang complain that i treat him like spare tyre, he say i only find him when i got no other friend to find, which is super not true lar...
 I camwhore wth him everytime and so super nice share my "gf" sohsiling wth him la...LOL. Ok all these just crap. We are all crazy housemates n neighbours. @_@

So we started talking to the patient. and then half way a medical officer came and taught us quite alot of stuff related to that case. Then we followed the uncle to every investigation room he was assigned to in the hospital. That's how we built relationship with the uncle, and his wife.
The uncle, had NOT been admitted to hospital in his entire life, he was well and healthy all the while. This time suddenly felt gas in his stomach, and some other symptoms, so admitted in. Some investigation done, and the diagnosis was quite clear. But he discharged few days after that, so i never see him again.....
On last Thursday, which is the day before my exam, i went to hospital in the morning, but plan to go back uni earlier than usual to study. Then i bump into the uncle's wife at the staircase. She was carrying two super huge and heavy bags, walking up the stairs... So i offered to help her carry the bag, and followed her up to the ward. She told me, the uncle was readmitted cause an operation need to be done asap. The tumour had become bigger and bigger.
Ya, i know being in surgery posting is kind of depressing sometime cause u see lots n lots of cancer cases everyday. For this uncle, he NEVER been admitted to hospital before, and on 1st admission he edy got diagnosed as cancer. And before he knew that he got cancer, he jokingly told me "i'm already 70++, if there's anything happen, just accept it...".
Ok back to the story, yea, after i finish my exam on friday, i dragged Yap to go into OT to see the uncle's operation. It was done by DK, my uni Dean, and it was an emergency laparotomy case. After the resection, DK did show us the lesion, that's the first time i touched and hold a REAL stomach, and felt a tumour.
Uncle was fine after the operation. I talked to him few time after operation. Even this week i'm no more in surgery posting, i still went to his ward visit him. The last time i visited him, he was complained to me that he cant sleep well the night before cause the patient opposite his bed keep making noises, and when he want to sleep in the morning, lots of doctors+medical students kept coming to him and asked questions...He looked abit unhappy. So i just ask him rest well and leave the ward.
That night, i got oncall duty in the ward, ok basically is just forced to go to the ward at night so i got something to crap in my report. i went to all medical wards that night, and although i keep had this thinking of going to my favourite surgical ward, which is the ward the uncle admitted in, i didnt go. Cause i knew if i go there my friends will think i'm crazy edy. So ya, i didnt go. And after few hours i left hospital, the uncle die.
I was very shocked when my friend msg me that news yesterday. Because, that uncle was such a nice uncle, operation was done on him already, he used to be very healthy less than one month ago.......and now, he had gone forever.
Life is just so so so unpredictable. Really. I dono how to say. That's not the first time i saw ppl dying. Last friday, i just encountered another tragic death case in the same ward, that's accident case. Also, who can predict life? Only God knows what will happen to us next.
So just keep breathing and treasure every breath that we takes in.
Oh ya this Tuesday oso, before i went oncall duty in the ward, me n my friend involved in one accident. No one was hurt in the accident, just the car hit the motorcycle, the motorcyclist fall down from the motorcycle, in the middle of traffic. The motorcycle's mirror broke, the car's side mirror broke oso. And the motorcyclist asked for money from us by keep insisting that it's our fault. So, ya, no one can predict what will happen next.
Lastly, not because i dont want update blog, really alot of things happen recently, and plus now i got class till late evening almost everyday. And my tutor is the super smart professor with super high expectation, so......i'll stop here. Hope my next post will be an interesting one. I finish crap.

Perfect Surgery HO
I wake up early this morning, although its a saturday morning i know...not i purposely want wake up so early one, just that i ter-slept very early yesterday, while i was half way msn-ing wth my friends, =_=lll, so i felt guity, so dont dare to sleep more when i wake up this morning... Nooo, i shouldn't sleep too much, it's a SIN!!! cause i need to utilize the time to do more important stuff...like studying, since Dr Chan told us our group got reading deficiency syndrome. *speechless*
Ok, while i was reading some blogs yest, i came across this blogpost, is from a blog of a MO who was also previously an IMU student. It was actually taken from page 4 of the book "Surgical Recall", and this makes me think of the HO (HouseOfficer) i see everyday in the wards. Ya, no one is perfect, if someone achieve all the criteria stated in the book, then i wonder is that HO a human being...lol
There's a super long list in the book, here's is some that i think is worth to share.

- Never hungry, thristy, or tired
- Never makes a fellow colleague look bad

Sigh too bad i'm now in my last week of Surgery Posting. I should have read this earlier and show this text to the HO in my ward so i can tag along wth them wherever they go so i can learn more. Ok, for my fellow friends that do Surgery posting next, remember this line and tag along with HO, u can really learn alot. =)
Er, ya i do go fan some HO some time, cause some of them really nice and kind n fun, really can learn from them. Besides that, we do have goodlooking smart MO that really teach alot, and Surgeon who are super geng and friendly one. I think ar, after i change posting, i will super miss Surgery Posting. haha.
Ok that's all for now. No pictures, all still in process, will post pictures and update my blog more next time la. Last week didnt blog cause of all the case summaries, case reports, IMS presentation, CFCS reports, CFCS presentation and TBLs, CSU, and my pure laziness.

Sunday
I went hospital after came back from church, cause i promise to go visit this blood transfusion pt.
I think hor, if i'm the one go blood transfusion every month, i will be damn depressing leh. Ok now i hope i'm not thal carrier. lol.
Monday
Go hospital in morning, then afternoon go class in uni.
That day, we all so semangat go venopuncture centre practice draw blood on each other, so in the end, miss sohsiling love me so much that she induced this haematoma on my hand.
Oh before the venopuncture, my arm oso kena tight so tightly till cyanose. I still cant believe the first time i saw a cyanose hand, that hand is actually my own hand. =_=lll

Tuesday
Go hospital in the morning. Then afternoon go uni for class.

Igotnothingtoblogla
Ok today is Sunday, i woke up early today, so decided to blog, but before i get to posted up this post my friend come fetch me go church, so this blog is few hours out-dated... lol
Btw i dono what to blog oso. Last week i had been through emo + happy + sad + grateful period. Always wanted to posted up here, but then i think again i decided not to, later i offend lots n lots of ppl then i will be sorry for myself. haha.
Ok i need to improve my english grammer now, cause after the lecturer mark my case report + case summary, he didnt comment much on my summary but comment on my grammer. Omgosh. =_=lll

Because we so semangat go there so early, when all the doctors havent start work, so have to wait outside. Ya i learn a lesson, next time dont go clinic so early, later i damn depressing again. Even a smile can't change anything. @_@

Cause going to ward doing the same thing is too boring, so in order to make our life more meaningful, i decided to go stalk someone in the hospital, at least my life in hospital wont so boring. but then hor, ended up me n siling "fight" for 1 hour + in msn about who is better looking...when we suppose to study that night. omgosh. This is how we "fight". lol
The rest of the conversation goes about like this oso. And hor, because i pick the wrong person to stalk, so joohor say i hopeless edy, yuanliang oso dono how to say me liao, and this yap decided to ignore me everytime i make some stupid statement. So i should just go bang wall lar.. Ok i'm shifting ward this week, so...lol.
Ok i got nothing else to blog. Therefore, I'm going back to my life and continue breathing hospital air everyday. Now i miss Korea. I miss my daddy mummy, i miss home oso. And this the super SS photo taken in Korea.

Mooncake Festival 2
Last year i celebrate Mooncake festical in KL. This year, i celebrate mooncake festival in PD. But i miss home still.
Anyway, since i have not been blogging for quite sometime, ok,i'm not too busy till no time blog, just that when i know that i got time to blog, i felt lazy to blog, cause i will think it's better if i go gain more sleep or wash my clothes or iron my clothes or clean my room or fb-ing...etc etc. So today i decided to blog, i think i should change my lazy habit. Exam in less than one month time...T_T
So these are some pictures in PD. Why PD? cause it's the nearest beach to Seremban and since i'm stuck in Seremban cannot go anywhere else so mar go there lor, since it's near. Ok last thursday i went PD twice in a day ok, morning is go hospital, then come back Seremban for class, then go PD again for home visit. Back to topic, so yeah, here's the pic. The rest all upload to fb edy. cause yuanliang keep saying i take pic edy oso dont want upload...
The lantern. Aiya beside the beach so windy, cannot light candle oso. Luckily Mich n Cindy n Ian are pro, so they manage to light up these few lantern. haha.
Ok because yuan liang complain that i treat him like spare tyre, he say i only find him when i got no other friend to find, which is super not true lar...
